Do Skechers Australia stock half sizes?
We do in selected styles! We recommend browsing our online store or popping into your nearest Skechers retail store to view our full range and chat to our team to find your perfect fit.
I saw an item on the Skechers USA page, how can I find it here in Australia?

Our Skechers Australia stock is always changing and updating, though sometimes we won’t have the same stock available as our Skechers international counterparts just yet. We recommend contacting your nearest Skechers retail store to ask our amazing team if they are currently stocking the item you’re looking for. Or sending an email to our Customer Service team through our Contact Page to find out more.

Do you have the same promotions online as in-store?
We endeavour to have all promotions offered in our retail stores available to our online customers. There may be some instances where an online offer is not offered in-store, just as stores have their own shopping nights and events. Sign up to our emails and 'like' our Facebook page to stay in the know about our exclusive online offers. Join the Skechers mailing list or our Facebook community.
How do I know what size I am?

We do our best to guide you in making the right size choice with our Size Chart. If you already own a pair of sneakers in the same brand, the best thing to do is to use the same sizing.

Do Skechers offer international exchange?

Yes, we do! If your item is purchased within one of our Skechers retail stores in any country, you’ll be viable for an exchange on your purchase if you change your mind or experience any trouble. Just remember that each country will stock different ranges at any given time, so we won’t always be able to exchange your item over for an exact match. We recommend sending an email to our Customer Service team to double check your item is viable for this exchange before heading into our stores

Can I return my online purchase for a refund?

If you're not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can choose to return it for a full refund. For more information on returns, please visit our Returns page.

Can I return my online purchase to a Skechers Australia store for an exchange or refund?

At the moment, you can only return your online purchase to the online store only. This service will be available in the future but for now, please return all online purchases to the online store warehouse. For information on how to make a return on an online purchase, please visit our Returns page.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched for delivery within Australia, you will receive an email with a StarTrack Couriers tracking number. To track your order, have this code ready and go to StarTrack. If for some reason, you're having difficulty tracking your order contact our Customer Care Team on 1800 875 275 between 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday for assistance.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Most orders will be dispatched within 24 hours (unless your order was placed over the weekend). If you live in Australian metropolitan areas (such as Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide etc.), the delivery time is 2-3 days. If you live in Australian rural areas, the delivery time is 4-7 days, depending on your zone.
I have an online promo-code. How do I use it?
If you have a valid online promo-code, put the code into the 'Promo code' field in your shopping bag and click 'Apply promo-code'. The discount will then be applied to the items in your shopping bag.
